This website is operated by Amber & Amethyst Tours LLC. Throughout the site, the terms we, us and our refer to Amber & Amethyst Tours LLC. Amber & Amethyst Tours LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (Terms of Service, Terms), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

 

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Unruly passengers on board will be removed immediately from the tour with NO compensation.

In the event a passenger onboard vomits and requires detailing and sanitizing of our vehicle, the client will incur a $350.00 charge.

 

In the event a passenger vomits at a winery, the winery will charge us $50.00 and then we will then in return charge the passenger for the $50.00 fee. In the event a passenger takes a winery’s wine glass without purchasing it, the winery will charge us $10.00 and then we will in return charge the passenger $10.00.

 

Once a tour is booked, we guarantee your spot on our limited group size tours, so except in case of operator cancellation, refunds will only be given if canceled no less than seven days before your tour.

By accepting this reservation, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service.

Health and Safety

​

Whilst traveling onboard our vehicle, there is to be no smoking of cigars/cigarettes/Vape pens Due to health concerns, people with fever or symptoms similar to Corona Virus may be asked to remove themselves from the bus at their own cost. Please use provided hand sanitizers as much as possible on the bus. Any damage incurred to the vehicle by patrons will be paid in full by them within seven (7) days including a cleaning fee of no less than $100. 

 

Seat belts must be worn at all times. Amber & Amethyst Tours LLC encourages responsible drinking, and if it is felt in the opinion of the driver, that the comfort & safety of passengers is being compromised, the offending party shall no longer participate in the tour. They will be dropped off at a safe location and Amber & Amethsyt Tours LLC will arrange a taxi, at the client’s own personal cost.

Tour Variations/Cancellations

​

Tour variations and cancellations may occur due to extreme weather conditions, vineyard closures, last-minute changes received from vineyards, traffic disruptions, or others. A minimum of 2 people are required for any tour - notification of cancellation of the tour can be sent no less than 7 days prior to disembarking, note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. This is to ensure AAT and the suppliers do not lose money on the day. If any of these circumstances should arise, Amber & Amethyst Tours LLC will revise the itinerary to impact as little as possible on the remainder of the tour. If the tour is canceled completely, Amber & Amethyst Tours LLC will try to re-book the clients for a date convenient to both parties.

Photography

​

Amber & Amehtyst Tours LLC retains the rights to all photography taken during tours.  You will be allowed to share, download, like, and order prints of any images taken. By booking with us you agree to allow Amber & Amehtyst Tours LLC to use images for your tour on ou social media posts, and advertisements.  If you specifically ask us not to use your picture we will honor the request.
