How does a tour work? Where do we meet for tours? Do you pick us up or do we meet up at your place of business?
Each tour is custom-tailored to your event. Contact us and we will custom create your winery, brewery, or distillery tour. When booking your party you will select a host for your group. If you are a guest of your group, then you will meet at your host's location. We will pick you up at the address provided on the date and time of your confirmed booking. You then just sit back and enjoy as we take you on a tasting adventure!
Will tastings be included in the price?
Yes, tasting will be included in the price if you choose the all-inclusive tour package.
What can I expect for lunch?
If you book our all-inclusive tour you will have a full meal for lunch. We often make lunch a separate stop that will also include an alcoholic beverage if available. Lunch options will vary depending on the destination of your tour.
Can I pick the Wineries / Breweries / Distilleries?
I want to go to wineries A, B, and C, is that something you offer?
If there are establishments that your party would like to visit, and the tour is booked with enough notice, we will do our best to include them on your tour. However, if we feel that a location is not up to our standards, we will tell you so. We have chosen the establishments on our list for the experience and atmosphere that they offer. We choose them for the quality of their drinks, as well as their service. We cannot always guarantee an establishment's availability. Although we make reservations in advance, on occasion an establishment may cancel on us at the last minute due to unforeseen problems.
How long are the winery/ brewery/ distillery tours?
It depends on your selected tour and destination. Typically they take up to 6 hours. Some may take longer.
Are we only limited to winery tours? What if we want breweries and distilleries on our tours as well?
We offer brewery and distillery tours. You can request a mix of venues to visit for your tour.
What tips can you give me for tour day?
First off, we suggest starting with a hearty breakfast and plenty of hydration before the tour. As for attire, there isn't a dress code at our destinations but we suggest business casual clothes. Keep in mind that the temperatures do fluctuate in Texas. So, it doesn't hurt to bring a light jacket. There are USB ports in the van for charging your phones. Bring your playlist and sync up to our Bluetooth and be your own favorite DJ! We do provide snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. There is plenty of room in our cooler if you want to bring your preferred snacks and or drinks. Be sure to bring IDs and masks as most locations require both
Payments and Cancellations
In order to secure a spot for a private tour, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit. Your final payment will be due on the day of your tour. You may pay the remainder of your balance before then if you prefer. If you cancel within 7 or fewer days prior to the tour you will be charged half of the total cost of the tour. No shows will be charged in full.
Can our dogs join us on a tour?
We love dogs, however, dogs cannot join you on the tour.
We ensure a clean and presentable vehicle for every one of our custom tours. We understand that accidents happen. Excessive spills or cases of any bodily waste will automatically incur a $200 hazard cleaning fee which will be charged to the credit card on file for this includes any other damages incurred during a tour.
